An AI-powered auto-complete for programmers with the goal of enhancing code quality. It's a really powerful tool, nicely packaged as an extension for your favorite coding editor, whether it's Neovim, JetBrains, or Visual Studio code.
This way, you may use it on your desktop or in the cloud using GitHub Code space. And, for what it is, it is pretty fast, even if you type quickly. It is also compatible with a variety of programming languages and frameworks. The Copilot is still in beta, with a select set of users able to utilize the extension and report their findings to GitHub.

Who can use it?
Copilot is still in beta, with a limited number of people able to use the extension and report their findings to GitHub. Anyone who takes coding seriously has a GitHub account. Almost every potential employer wants to view your GitHub account first.
GitHub provides billions of lines of code, resulting in an extremely rich dataset for training coding AI. That is precisely what OpenAI has done: educated a coding AI on public repositories. This decision rapidly sparked a controversy over the ethics of borrowed code.
How to access it?
Create a GitHub account (if you haven't already). Navigate to GitHub Copilot and click "Start my free trial". Follow the sign-up instructions and cancel before your 60-day free trial expires (if you do not wish to continue using the tool). Install the VSCode extension by searching for "GitHub Copilot" in the extensions tab. You'll be prompted to join in to GitHub and authorize the extension before Copilot is set up.
For an initial test, create a file with the extension for your programming language (such as test.js for JavaScript) and begin typing:
Function calculateDaysBetweenDates(begin, end) {
When you type this function declaration into your js file, GitHub Copilot will begin to fill in what it considers to be the required implementation.
